• Space planning - 2 to 3 floor plans reviewing alternate furniture arrangements that vary from maximizing square footage, focusing on storage or enhancing an entertaining experience.

• Detail elevations - conceptual custom millwork design for built-in storage if required.

2. Specification Booklet including all proposed furniture and decoration such as, but not limited to;

• Main seating options (sectionals, sofas)

• Secondary seating options (accent chairs)
